Potato patties







Potato patties: the tasty, easy and fast recipe to try


Just mix potatoes, mushrooms, onion and 3 eggs to make these scrumptious fritters  It's the BEST dinner idea:



Ingredients: 

  • 3 medium potatoes (about 400 g)  
  • Seeds oil 
  • 300 g of champignon mushrooms 
  • 60 g of fresh onions 
  • Parsley 
  • Salt and pepper 
  • Sweet paprika 
  • 5 g of cumin 
  • 3 eggs 
  • Olive oil 

 




METHOD: 

  1. Dice the potatoes and cook them into a pan with some seeds oil for 8 to 9 minutes. 
  2.  Finely chop the mushrooms and put them in a pan with oil, salt, pepper, paprika. 
  3.  Cook the mushrooms until all the water evaporates. 
  4.  In a bowl mix cooked mushrooms, potatoes, onion, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin and egg. 
  5. Mix well to make a smooth mixture. 
  6. Oil the bottom of a pan by brushing some olive oil and make the patties (you can use a cookie cutter). 
  7. Cook at low heat until golden on both sides.  
  8. Enjoy your Potato patties
