Potato patties: the tasty, easy and fast recipe to try

Ingredients:
- 3 medium potatoes (about 400 g)
- Seeds oil
- 300 g of champignon mushrooms
- 60 g of fresh onions
- Parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Sweet paprika
- 5 g of cumin
- 3 eggs
- Olive oil
METHOD:
- Dice the potatoes and cook them into a pan with some seeds oil for 8 to 9 minutes.
- Finely chop the mushrooms and put them in a pan with oil, salt, pepper, paprika.
- Cook the mushrooms until all the water evaporates.
- In a bowl mix cooked mushrooms, potatoes, onion, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin and egg.
- Mix well to make a smooth mixture.
- Oil the bottom of a pan by brushing some olive oil and make the patties (you can use a cookie cutter).
- Cook at low heat until golden on both sides.
