Tangerine cookies: fragrant and crumbly they are really inviting!

INGREDIENTS:
- 130g (1/2 cup) of butter
- 100g (1/2 cup) of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 50ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
- Tangerine (zest)
- 60ml (1/4 cup) of tangerine (juice)
- 400g (3 1/4 cups) of flour
- 3g (1/2 tsp) of baking powder
- Sugar grains
METHOD:
- In a bowl add the butter, sugar, and salt, and mix with a spatula until the butter and sugar dissolve.
- Add the egg, vegetable oil, tangerine zest, and juice and continue mixing. Sift the flour and baking powder and continue mixing.
- When all is combined well start kneading with your hands to obtain a smooth dough.
- Take the part of the dough with your hands and make the cookie shape. Coat each cookie with sugar grains.
- Transfer the cookies to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 15 minutes.
